Have you ever woke up early in the morning and thought you were somewhere else?

I always heard from diffrent people that they were awaken at 2 am to 4 am to feel like they were somewhere else. Has this happen to you?

Hi Anna, I get this quite alot as I guess I do stay away from home alot on trips, it can be quite confusing waking up and thinking you are in your own bed. It only takes a few seconds to realise where you are though!

Well if its completely dark and i've had a bad dream, I quite few times wake up to wonder where I was, but that just takes few seconds for me to figure that out. It also happens if I be sleeping elsewhere other than at my home, the first thing comes to me on the first morning - where am I?
