Paidlots has implemented a point system that is based on user activity. You can find your points total by accessing your referral Center.
You can accumulate points by making new posts, by replying in existing posts, or getting a commission from referred members. Get paid up to $1000.00 points a review by posting a review on any advertiser's site listed here. Here's the guide for point system:
New thread - 3 points - $0.03
Post a reply - 2 points - $0.02
Refer a user - 10 points - $.10
Unlike any other forums, there's no limit to how much you can earn in certain day.
Points can be draw drawn via paypal or e-gold.

It's a scam. I joined and they delete posts and say they are garbage when they are actually quality posts. They also never gave me my full points for people I recruited.

The system just started last Jan. 15, how come it's a scam? No feedback yet on their scam activity. For the deleted topic, maybe they just delete nonsense topic to avoid clogging the forum with nuisance and irrelevant discussions.
