How did you tell your partner?

How did you tell your husband/boyfriend that you were pregnant? What was the reaction? What was your reaction? I got lucky I didnt have to tell my husband, boyfriend at the time, cause I went to the hospital for pains, and found out there so the nurse told us. Not that i would be scared to tell him, just if he passed out we would be there in the hospital anyway lol! I'm actually really surprised he didnt lol! He just sat there in shock, while i started crying and shakeing. I was so surprised, and scared, and happy, and excited at the same time. my hubby was just in shock. i didnt believe the nurse till i saw my 6 week 6 day old baby on the ultrasound. then it started becoming real. now i have a very happy hyper 4 month old!!

for me, i didn't have difficulty in letting my hubby know about my pregnancy because we were together when we get the result of the urine test from the clinic. he was so happy when he learned about it. too bad we lost it in the end of the first trimester due to my health conditions at that time.

I called my fiance in tears at work :( To be honest I was devestated. I hate even writing that. My daughter is the best thing that's ever happened to us, and i love her more than anything in the world. But at the time we were NOT ready to be parents. I was terrified. My fiance was definitely a lot more calm than I was!

I had been feeling tired since we moved in here. I chalked it up to being tired from the move and leaving my family to move 1000 miles away to North Dakota, where my husband is stationed. One day my husband came home from work at lunch and I was still in bed, he threw something at me and told me to get up. I got up and looked to see what it was. It was a pregnancy test. He made me take it right then. It was positive. So we went that afternoon to the base hospital to get it confirmed. It turns out we got pregnant on our honeymoon. Boy did he feel bad about making fun of me when I told him I was too tired to help him move furniture upstairs when we moved in!

Well, I was late and I told him and then he said he already had a hunch that I was pregnant. I took a test privately, and it was positive, and I called him and said that I wanted to see him, so he said to come over. I did and told him I had something to tell him and handed him the test. He looked at it and said..."Oh..." We were both shocked, but happy and excited.
