At what age should children be asked to help with chores around the house?

I feel that children should be trained at an early age. It should not be thought of burdening the young kids with work, but more as asking them to do things where they will learn responsibilities and realize that they are being helpful

I feel at younger age as well not alot just little things like helping to pick up there toys, putting there clothes in the dirty clothes things like that i think are ok it i think makes it habbit for them. My 6 yr old used to love to help wash windows and still does. I usually have to redo them after he is in bed but he trys and he feels good about helping.I think its good to start them early as long as you make it fun they like it to.

First we must teach children to do their own duties without depandance. Then they will automatically help in routine House chores.
