My mum sometimes cries during movies. I think most females do. As for me being a male, I don't think we are supposed to do so :) However, I know some who would cry. Personally, I never cried for a movie. I don't remember crying in public after the 4th grade. Sometimes I do tend to cry if something really bad happened, but only when I am alone. As for the movies, they are just movies. If someone jumped from a building, I would know that he didn't do that in reality. I differ too much between acting and reality. Sometimes I get really touched by a story or a movie. Like when I watched Forrest Gump. I was really touched by the whole story but I didn't cry. That's why I realized that Tom Hanks is really a great actor.
Sorry for going a little off topic.

Scary Moves? That's the only type of movies I have difficulties with :) My problem is not while I'm watching them, it's after I watched them. Like when I am alone in a dark room or something, I feel little uneasy. I think this has to do with an experience I had when I was a child. My uncle used to tell us scary stories in the dark before we sleep. He thought this will help us sleep more quickly. I guess he was wrong :)

i am a guy and i have to say there are some movies i have watched that made me drop a tear in my eye. but when it comes to my wife, well, even those not so emotional movies, she easily cries alot. i also tease her about it, but there is nothing wrong of crying when watching a movie, its natural. especially if you have a good heart.

Hi, I can't really think of a film that has reduced me to tears, although I'm sure there has been though, the film that has most affected me was'The Crow' It really did make me do some soul searching.
