how do u feel about non english speaking people having english names../

i hate it. i think people should have names that reflect their language, culture or religion.i hate to see people from Nepal or any other non english countries having english names.

I totally agree with you. However on the other people have different views about this. I personally wouldn't change my name to an English one. I am proud of the name given to me by my parents if it sound weird or odd in another language. I know some people change their names to an English one for economic reasons. they are frigthened they may not be accepted or employed if they keep their original name. I think this is silly and immature.

The problem is that some names are the same in different languages, for example Maria, Cecilia, Sonia, Monica and this is only talking about spanish, but I am sure there are names in other languages too. People have to be careful when using foreign names for things like cars. Pajero might sound like a nice name for a car in English, but it is kind of rude in Spanish!
