valentines date. how do you celebrate it?

I'll be alone on valentines but I have substitute my son lol! we will go to church for a thanksgiving prayer. My husband is onboard a international merchant tanker and that very day feb 14 his promotion will take effect a 2 rank up. I will prepare some good dinner and wait for him to get online and spend the night talking with him.

This Year my huibby will not be ther he is giong away so I am going to be alone and will miss him. Still I will make a cake for myself and cut it with my kids.

It depends.....Sometimes we go out for a dinner date, and sometimes we don't it just depends on what we're in the mood for.....He usually has a small gift for me!

I generally go out with my bf. Nothing very special but just being with each other. Thats more important to us. Small gifts. Nothing expensive again. Thats what we exchange. The one this i do insist on is cards. and not only the ecards. But actual cards with have to hand written by him.

for a change, we will go on 3day vacation with our relatives this february.. not exactly valentines day.

Well, that is just great for you. My husband and I celebrated by going to a resturant, and enjoy our time there.

we kinda kiss each other then we have other commitments.dont get me wrong,commitments,i mean looking after children and so on.

i have never calebrated valentines day. 1 i hadnt had a boyfriend and 2 when i have he is unable to be with me at the very day. i dont say it is his fault but always it is so unlucky. this year also, becoz he went to Asia and come back at the end of february. of course i dont feel sad while walking on the street seeing couples. i wish then well. however when is going to be my turn??
