Lindsay Lohan being ridiculed or what ???

Yes I tend to think that there is often way too much news about the celebrities. However - they did choose to become a celebrity therefore - you are basically setting yourself up for as little privacy as possible!!! I think a lot of the press reporting on her lately is also due to the other people in the same rehab facility who aren't celebrities and maybe they would prefer that she be true to the process and not cause so much attention to be drawn to her by leaving constantly. I am wondering if she is seeking more attention - it sure seems like it these days.

Celebrities give up their right to privacy. It's balance - they have wealth and fame and things most normal people can only dream of, but their lives are in public scrutiny. They place themselves in a position to be judged by the masses, and they all know that. The ones who really want privacy find ways of getting it. I would hope that she's more concerned with her own health and well being than what the bottle blond media drones have to say about her.

I think celebs of all types and ages are harrassed to no end. When Angelina Jolie's mother was dying and she was taking the phone call, they were snapping pictures. What ever happened to being considerate? I think "child stars" have it even harder because even the average child has issues to deal with let alone one under a fine magnifying glass.

Do I think that she deserves some privacy... yes. But even more than that I think it is silly that there are some people out there who care that much about a celebrity that they would actually follow her that much.

Well I do agree that the press is allowed to report the news. What I have a problem with is when they hound them, dig through trash, etc to get more information to spread across the pages. That to me is wrong. They are allowed to have some privacy. Yes they are celebrities and as such have put themselves into the position to be put on display but, yep there is a but, that doesn't mean the press has the right to pick over them like buzzards. They can be out in the public and not have to bare all.

Yes and no. Yes everyone deserves some privacy but this is the price you pay for fame. Plp are actually concerned as well as those just trying to cash in on trash talk. It is a catch 22.

Yes I think they should give her some privacy. I feel bad for her too. My daughter was really into Lindsay Lohan until one day she saw how much weight she lost and asked me if she was sick. My daughter is 9 going on 10.

Usually I don't feel sorry for celebs--they create their own messes by making dumb decisions--but in this case I kind of do feel bad for Lohan. She's only 20 and has had to deal with an abusive, nutty father and the breakup of her parents' marriage. And she has talent. Paris Hilton, on the other hand, is older and has had everything handed to her on a silver platter, and still keeps making one stupid mistake after another. PLus she and her boyfriend have made some very mean and crude comments about LIndsay Lohan.

I haven't heard anything since she entered rehab. Just reporting that she entered rehab is not going overboard. It's news. If it is locally, you are talking about then I would agree with you. Enough is enough.

Oh. I don't know her story coz i haven't watched any news about her. I could have shared my feelings about her. What trouble is she in?

No sorry I have not seen the news about Lindsay Lohan, but I do not believe that the press should do this to anyone why don't they leave them in peace so their recoveries are much more quicker and easier to overcome.

I haven't seen the latest news but I think she has so many fans, she will never be able to get the much needed privacy she needs. The sam holds true for Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. They started so young and their lives have always been publicized. It must be rough.
