Its very simple go look in your internet temporary folder.The file will be saved in flv format that is flash format.If it getting stored check your internet options to get it right. In firefox its very easy you have a plugin which has to be downloaded and you can directly download files.

the best way is to use firefox mozilla ...it has an extension for video downloading..

its impossible in fact they use a flash-based streaming to avoid any download of any video, not even the ones you uploaded can be retrieved
