I just heard that to install the new vista software your computer needs to be no older than 12 months. I know that mine sure isn't and I won't be getting a new one anytime soon. Would you upgrade your computer to be able to run Vista?

My computer is surely older than 12 months but even if it was not I would not upgrade my system just for that as I am very much happy with Win2000.

My computer is running Windows XP and everything is pretty stable plus XP supports almost all plug & play devices so I don't think there's a need for me to upgrade my PC just to upgrade to Vista. I suggest, if you're happy with what you're currently using rigth now- it's stable, it never crashes, etc, then there's no need for you to upgrade.
