Are you a shy person that keeps things bundled up inside? Do you freeze up in public and can't seem to get your words out right? Personally as a child up until i was almost 20 i was the shyest person to walk this earth...LOL!...

mayurpawaskar well i have never had an encounter with a ghost and moreover i dont believe in ghosts.... i do not fear darkness and i do not fear ghosts.. i have watched the most most horror films released but they dont seem to frighten me even a bit!!

mayurpawaskar well treadmills basicly come under the cardio training part... they strenthen your heart for further weight trainings.. as long as the tummy and butt is concerned yeah it is a very helpfull exercise to do!!!
