My first Valentine's day with my husband.......

We was working long hours the first year of our marrige, because we like to buy a house. Pictured: february 14, 1986! I came home first, make a nice table, with a little special dinner and I was waiting on my husband to come home.(He came late, the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Beverly Hills was busy that day). The candle was smoking, burned almost all the way to the holder, food was cold, .... so maked this story short, we aet the dinner, he was very pleased, take shower, go to bed and sleep. I don't say nothing but, ... did hurt my feelings, I did't have a Valentine's day celebration! Anyhow, next day I called my Mom, crying, and I ask her how was her V-day, she said nice, etc... So, I asked her, how come Dad never forget any celebration?, she said time to tell you - just I told your sisters when their time came - a week before any celebration I make little nice signs on the meals (She was artist). Like: V-day little heart, made from ketchup on the sunny side up eggs, and she just keep going on an on the little design on the meals she prepaired for my Dad the last 25 years! So, ladyes and gentleman this is the time to start get making little hearts on your food! Let me know how you do?! Good luck!
