Hi Yanjiaren, Firstly steer clear of the free websites as most search engines will block them, you only need to start off with a small bandwith to start with as most servers let you upgrade as your site gets busier. Depending on what business you want to start it might be better to keep it to .co.uk unless you want to attract international clients. I've done several websites now, one of which is for my own business. There are some pretty good webdesign programs out there now to get you started. Or you can get a web designer to do them for you if your not too savvy, prices start from about £50. Let me know if you would like some further advice!

What kind of website are you thinking about creating? is it something that is already out there? if so then do a search and check out some of your competitions websites and see what you can do with your site to improve on them, and gain the upper hand. Employ a webmaster to help build the site, it can be rather difficult and if you are serious then you dont want to end up looking like another crappy internet site. and dont use free websites, they have no credibilty especially if you want to be taken seriously

i want to make an investment site..we will invest in properties.., some of the amount will go to forex traders..and i mean proper forex traders not my dodgy lol..and as we go along other viable ventures..my dream is to make the wu ji pavilion real..and then franchise it..and so china will exchange starbucks for wu ji hehehehe ..a pipe dream at the moment..but it;s getting there..rather than just going for venture capitsl i want a business where everyone can afford a slice of it..this will help alleviate the rich/poor divide..i hope..

Better I can advice you to search from yahoo with keywords
hacker proof website hosting then a lost of sites you will get and read its facilities then select one. As you will start online business do not rely on us ofcourse all mylot users will give good counsel though here are small people have such online website of their own. From Singapore or Hongkong you can build hacker proof website at cheap price.

Well the first step is to make sure you have a really good business plan. You havent said much on what you are doing but im assuming that it requires a website. If you are serious about the business you most definately want to stear clear of the free websites. Search engines will block them and they really dont look very professional. You can pick up a branded domain name for a couple of quid a year. With hosting that depends a lot of the expected traffic to the site. Good luck in your venture.
