normal range would be at least 110/70 - 130/80mmHg.. that would be ok... a little higher than that would suggest that u go visit a physician to asssess you further and give u tips and management as to maintaining your blood pressure at a normal level. . a little exercise and diet would be helpful. . low salt and low fat diet would mean much in maintaining a normal blood pressure... you should try to relax from time to time and get rid of stressful works.. avoid staying up late at night.. avoid smoking.. if you do...slowly wean from that vice...i hope this helps...

For those who are young, the ideal blood pressure is 120/80 with plus/minus 10. So, 110/70 to 130/90 is okay. For those who are above 50, 140/100 is normal, and many even say the ideal blood pressure. Again, plus or minus 10 is normal. Blood pressure should not fall to 100/60 or even lower. It's not ideal. Usually, it indicates lack of nutrition or fatigue or depression.
