Any idea the range for normal of blood pressure and how to maintain it

william83 normal range would be at least 110/70 - 130/80mmHg.. that would be ok... a little higher than that would suggest that u go visit a physician to asssess you further and give u tips and management as to maintaining your blood pressure at a normal level. . a...
