What was your favorite school food?

tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches and apple cobbler

school food, i can only think of baked macaroni. it was really my favorite then. of course there is fish balls and squidballs.

That was also what i loved in school i also liked the chicken sandwichs but the pizza was the best i wish i had some now

i like the taco snack. they are like a burrito wrap over like meat and cheese. they were the best things i ate in school. when i got to 7th grade and higher, i used to buy it there for lunch whenever they didnt serve it that day.

My favorite school food was their snacks. In elementary school we used to have donuts and milk...yumm. And in highschool I used to buy what we called cheesebread. Itwas really yum as well.

Our lunchladies made the best grilled cheese lol me and my friends would look forward to that day everyweek....they made grilled cheese and tomato soup to dip it in. YUM.

when I was in high school we would be given a Sauerkraut that was a soft one and it had small bits of sausage in it. I loved that over my mashed potatoes. The school was given government commodities. and they would get canned beef. The cooks in the cafiteria would prepare a gravy with that meat that I thought was out of this world. A lot of the kids didn't like the school lunches but I did.

My favorite school food was tator tots, and no bake cookies - you know the chocolate peanut butter oat meal ones. I still make both of these. Yum!

Our school food was usually pretty bad...poorly prepared cheap frozen foods. However, once every week or two, an Italian grandmother of one of the students made a yummy dish from scratch like ziti.

I definitely don't miss school food. But I do remember liking the mushroom soup and the salads. I do remember eating chicken nuggets in school too, but they weren't that good.

My school was very odd. Somehow we were able to get away with having fast food restaurants bring in food for lunch. McDonald's was the main one, but we also got KFC, Dominos, and Subway (after the parents complained the food was unhealthy).

It was a toss up between the grilled cheese and the dried out hamburger. I still havn't found any hamburger to taste like they did.

When I was in highschool my friends and I always got the french fries and gravy, it was something we all shared in our little circle, but back then they always gave us a huge thing of fries, lol.

my fav food during school time is "nasi lemak" (curry rice in malay food name) becouse it is cheap just cost 1 doller a plate the rice mix some vegetable and curry plus peanut.. and most economy way to eat
