I think if the person is old enough and can afford it then ye. Why should someone live with great insecurities when they can be changed? If that makes them happy then I say go for it.

If they don't feel good with your appearance why not?
We need to make whatever we can to fell good with ourself..

I believe that whatever is given is beautiful therefore we should be happy for what we have.
