Awake for how many hours now?

I have a very hard time sleeping, even though I am alway tired. It is now 4am where I am at and have been up since 5:30 am last morning. This is a ok day for me so far. I have tried ambian, lunesta, temazapam and I take klonipin for my panic attacks. Nothing works. I am not depressed (so they say) and I am not bi polar so whats the deal? I get enough exersize? What do you think

Sometimes Ambien doesn't work for me, either. And it never keeps me asleep for 8 hours. If I am lucky, I get 6 hours of sleep with it, and that's with the CR type. I have not yet tried Lunesta. I know I drink too much coffee but I stop early in the day. I wish I had an answer for you because then I'd have an answer for me, too!

try todoing some qi gong an hour before bedtime..drink half an hour before a cup of chamomile or lime flour tea..then take two ashwaganda pills..they are natural herbal tablets..best ones from solgar..they work on the adrenal glands..and replenish your kidneys..they work a treat..

yeh me too, I have anxiety attacks and in the morning I am exhausted, I am trying to ride through it as I am not really wanting to take any more medications...

I think you think too much. This happens to me too sometimes, when I am excited about something, or soemthing troubles me, the actions or inactions of loved one, maybe when the kids or parents or the wife are seven slightly off the weather.

Me thinks that you are tired of your life in general. No new and positive things in your life. The people around you may be sucking the life out of you. This lady sleeps with a radio beside her. I rest and listen and often find that I have slept. Of course I am so busy that normally I do not have any trouble getting to sleep. I would hope you get that junk out of your system and give yourself a chance to develop a pattern of resting and waking. If you are indeed getting enough exerice, then change the exercise. That may help you in a couple of way! Take care my friend!!

Well, sorry to hear that. I do not know for sure what seems to be the problem since you are doing all that you can. Just try to take it easy and still try to go to bed early whenever you can, hoepfully that would work for you somehow.

I find i can stay awake for long periods 30+ soemtimes and nto really suffer from it i work shift work 12 hr days and nights so i make it a point of getting a atleast 4 hrs sleep not matter what. I have been able to fall asleep anytime adny where once i decide to.
