Breakfast

Do you actually believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I have this habit that I just cant eat anything in the mornings, except that my cup of tea and a few buiscuits is a must. After that, I end up having a late lunch sometimes or straight away dinner. Can you give me ideas on what to do so I don't skip the most important meal of the day!

Hi ya, I'm quite sure that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it kicks off your metabolism in the mornings, but like you I can't eat within the first few hours when I get up, I'm lucky I can have breakfast at work, not sure what you can do to help, have you tried all different types of breakfast such as fruit, yoghurt or cereals?
