New york not a very safe place in the late hours

Did you know NEW YORK was a very unsafe place for people specialy women in the late hours,rape cases have been so common there,It is not like DUBAI where the night never ends, a place where the rules are so very tight for any offense, It is known to be the safest place in the world, so the next time you are in the European countries plz be aware.

Well, off course that is bond to happen if you don't be careful and not go out late at nights. I think any place in the world could be like that after dark. You got to use common sense and not find yourself in that unpredictment.
