hi anael. i am very interested in the paranormal and apirits,ghost etc... i have had a few experiences in the past and will tell you a few of them. one night i tried the automatic writing and it was very interesting indeed. i had a couple of messages and there was one random message which just wrote a girls name and nothing else. never really thought anything of it until the next day i was at a local job centre and was waiting in the queue and overheard a couple of work colleagues taking about someone and one of them said'what is the girls name' and the other replied the girls name that was written on the message the night before! i don't know why this message was sent or the meaning of it at all. the name had no relevance to me whatsover. very strange. also is it possible to communicate with loved ones that have passed over by thought alone? a few nights back i was lying in bed and not really thinking about anything when a picture of an old ashtray came into my mind which i totally forgotten about which was my nan and grandads. then an image came into my mind of my nan holding the ashtray. for some reason i thought it may be communication with my nan asked her,not by speaking, but through my mind if anyone else was with her and the response was she was with my grandad and the dog they had owned for years! i know this was not just in my mind as i could feel the enrgy when she responded. i also get a feeling of stong energy sometimes when i am relaxing at night and get hear tapping and rapping noises. very interesting! your thoughts please.

Hi Anna, How are you. When someone passes over, how long do you think it takes before they become an active spirit. I say this as a dear friend passed over last year and within a day or so I was in the shower and I could have sworn he was there with me. Do you think it was my mind playing tricks on me as he was at the forefront of my thoughts at that time?

Hello Anna, I often dream that I am floating. In my dreams, I am aware that it is a dream but I cannot seem to get back to my own body and cannot move. This happens to me several times. I would often wake up panting and with a sudden body jerk. Can you help me? Also, my hair stands at certain places I go to.
