Vitamins

In the last period I get more and more tired, and I heard and seen that some multivitamines could help. I work all day on the computer and it takes a lot of concentracion, brain work, stress, deadlines + your boss - and all this gets me really weak and tired. Have you tried those, are they good for something???

There is nothing to replace healthy eating, fresh air, and excersise. I say this as I set at my computer, eating pizza rolls, siping diet pepsi, and haven't been out of the house in 2 days. Yes, multi-vitamines do help, go for the cheap off brand ones, they have the same value vitamine wise and are much less expensive (physicaians assistant told me that). Get away from the computer from time to time also - ok computer aholics everyone up and jog in place for 10 minutes. Take a multi-vitamine and call me in the morning.

Not only can a good multi-vit help your energy but you health too, both short and long term, If you are getting tired a lot I have a few suggestions for you. 1. Get some exercise at least 2-3 times a week. (even if its just a 10 min walk or such.) 2. Get a good multi-vit. 3. Get some fiber (yes it helps energy!) 4. Get some Methylcobalamin (a specific form of vit. B-12) ... works wonders on concentration and energy! Other then those some Vit. C some garlic and a EFA (Essential Fatty Acid) would help too. I use an online site to order these. They are cheap and deliver for a flat fee no matter how much you order. ( www.swansonvitamins.com ) They also have some good articles about health and wellness you might enjoy!

I agree with you, is the answer I would give, I take vitamins every day and it makes the difference on getting sick of weak , I also take the Swanson vitamins, are the best deal out there , so take multivitamins and do exercise daily and you will feel much better.
