I don't understand

On one of my topics that I had started awhile ago, I keep getting notices that there are new responses to it. Even now it says that the most recent post is only 6 hours ago. But when I go into that particular post, it stops at page seven, and the last response that I can see is from 5 days ago. Does anyone know if it cuts off after a certain number of posts or a certain number of pages? If so, where are those posts that people have added and why can't I see them???

It could possibly be because people are adding comments on earlier pages and thats why you are still seeing the last actual post as being 5 days ago. Go back to the start and have a look through and see if people have added a comment rather than responded to the discussion.

Shortly after I joined mylot, I posted 2 discussions in one day. I could see all the comments on all my previous discussions but the 2 that I posted that day would not show up. Like you, I kept getting notices that comments were posted but I could not see them to reply to them. I contacted mylot and it took a few weeks for them to reply but by the time they replied, i could see the commnets. They told me that when that happens to clear all my history and cookies on my computer.
It seemed to fix itself after about a week. I dont know what the problem was.

Mylot gets that way sometimes and start to act up like that. It goes away eventually or you can check the post on your e-mail if you do get notification for that.
