Oh I don't ever think that one day animals would have more technology than any humans, so I cannot really comment on this.

It will never happen, though you assumed "if one day" so I can say that animal will not too rudy line human. If at all it happen then there is some human who are more heinous than animal and they will take up the matter so we will save for living.

You can put all kinds of technology in front of animals, but they don't have the mental skills to use it. And they don't have opposable thumbs, so they'd have a hard time using it anyway.

the only way this could happen is if humans did research on animals and actually gave them the power which in that instance it would be the humans own fault, as for the case of humans getting taken over by machines, that is a distinkt possibility that could happen at somepoint in the future.
