Oh my god! My husband is so bad with this! It bugs me so much too! LOL For doctor appointments, I have learned to tell him it's at such and such time... when it was actually schedule for 15 minutes later. Like this Friday, we have an appointment for our son, and it's at 9:30am. I told him it's at 9:15... If I were to tell him it's at 9:30, that means we leave the house at 9:25! GRRR! LOL

ha ha That is awesome! I do the exact some thing!!!!!!
He has no clue that I do that to him because if he did, we would be late.
I do the same thing when it is time to get him out of bed. I tell him it is later than what it is. But he caught on to that because he will argue with me that I am giving him my time and not the "real" time. hahahaha

lol I also do this but tell him the different time when he calls out or asks saying its later then it really is this gets him hurrying up. My boy is following in his fathers footsteps too...Looks like ill be passing on the tradition of time altering with him to LOL

before I had my kids I used to think I am very punctual and hated late comers but with kids you just can not predict. The moment I am all set to go, someone has to use the bathroom or my little one will spill something all over me or her. So its me on the other side of the table. I guess many people must be hating me now. lol WHat goes atround always comes around.;-D

I must be on time. I hate to be rude and late. My hubby is always late. I have to tell him we need to be somewhere a few minutes earlier, so that we will be on time. He knows I do this, so it isn't a lie, as I don't like to lie. I take the phone along, so if we have traffic or something, I can call the people to let them know if we will be late. I always, talking for myself, make sure that I have loads of time, to get to where I need to be on time, and am usually early.

Yeah, I am just like you. I like to do things ahead of time and have plenty of time to do it all right. But, my husband is the kind of a person that does everything the last minute all the time. I just can't stand that at all.

I like to be on time or early. I can not stand being late!
I set my clocks fast and get up earlier than needed.
I leave sooner than I know what is needed.
I have things ready before if I can so I am not rushing.
And I give my kids time limits. But such time, you should be done getting dressed with shoes and socks on. LOL etc.

Was once told that people that are always late are selfish and rude. Not sure if that is true, however, I do tend to be on time. Thankfully I am mostly early if not right on time. That says something since I cannot wear a watch. Rely totally on external clocks and radio announcements. Fortunately this society is so time stricken that clocks are generally not hard to find. Time is man made! I am organized and commit to the thing that requires the committment of being somewhere on time. Also thankfully I do not have to punch a time clock, just write my time on a timesheet and turn it in. So be organized and committed to the thing that requires a timely response.

I always make it a point to get to work or to an appointment on time. I just hate to wait and I could imagine how awful it would be if I were the one who could not get a meeting started on time. So I really discipline myself to finish my stuffs on time so I can be on track with my schedule.
Of course I live around with people who care less of time. And I really hate it especially when I have no choice but to go with them. It is just so embarrassing that you miss appointments or you get stared at coming to a meeting or an event where everyone else is there waiting for you.

Absolutely, that's me! I am always late for everything, so much so that I have to set my watch 10 minutes fast (but I always factor it in of course). The only thing that really works for me is routine. For example, when I had class at 11:15 and I could get there on time on the 10:45 bus, I would watch ER at 10 until a certain commercial. Since the commercial occurred at the same time each day, I never missed the bus. I'm much worse at meeting people at random times though.

well, i used to thought that i'm someone who's very punctual...or i was when i have business appointment with my clients...but i came to realise that i'm really someone who tends to dilly dally and always make it just on time or 'slightly' late.

I don't like to be late for appointment or for any party. But my husband is more cautious than me in this regard. Specially if we are traveling he will be ready ahead of time.

I used to allow for just enough time to get where I was supposed to be, not taking into consideration that there could be delays. Then I would end up being late. Now, I have my alarm clock set 10 minutes ahead of the actual time. And if I have to go somewhere, I allot for an extra half hour just in case.
