I found tonight's episode really creepy. A doll that kills abusive parents and is passed down in a family. I think the creepiest part was when the doll was talking. I hate that kind of thing. I didn't forsee that the girl in her visions was the aunt of the boy until the end when they said her name. I was happy in the end when he lost the doll and didn't seem eager to find her.
I loved when the boy called on the phone and was so grown up in his talking. He is just the cutest little boy ever.
I generally love the show though. I thought the ending was sweet.

I also saw the show last night. It was different because Allison was getting information from the doll and not the people. But that is how some people of abusive situations are. They don't talk and the abuse continues. All through the show, I kept trying to figure out why the little boy was so attached to the doll and where did the doll originally come from. Of course, at the end the answer was he most likely got the doll from the Aunt because she also had been abused as a child. Yes, the ending was good. It gave the impression that the doll had moved on to help and protect other children. I am not sure I like the idea that a doll would encourage killing abusive parents. Maybe the doll should have encouraged the child to tell someone and seek protection/help from the police.

I looked at the doll in a different way. Jumping to the end of the show, the aunt and her brother (the boys father) were both abused as kids. He turned out to be an abuser himself, she on the other hand survived by giving the doll a voice and personality instead of developing an alter personality herself. The doll was simply a catalist for her own thought that were to painful or scary for her.
She knew the brother was abusive and she gave the little boy the doll so he could talk to it if he needed. Obviously it worked because he too gave the doll a voice/personality.
Once the aunt had killed her brother the childs father, the cycle had been broken and the doll was needed no more. It didn't move on to help other children, the doll was in their lifes only. I liked the little twist that the child had used psychic ability as well.
Anyway, I love this season so far. And that's my take on this weeks show.

I dont really think that the doll killed the abusive parents. I think that the doll what like the kids inner self coming out and saying what they wanted to hear to get rid of the problem which in their case was their parents. The kid was cute and I think a better actor then allisons middle child. she gets on my nerves. Ha ha.

omg I HATE the middle child, she is a winey bratt on and off the camra . I watched the makeing of a few of the shows and behind the seans, ...get rid of her. ASAP
I also think the husband is at times too winey, but atleast he can act.

I thought the doll was creepy, too, and I didn't understand. It showed flashbacks of the girl killing her father, but who killed the brother? Was it the boy's aunt or the boy himself? The doll seemed to be encouraging him to take action I thought.
This is one of my fave shows but this ep was weird.

I thought that episode was a big twist. It was so much different then the other episodes and it kinda confused me a bit. It definently wasn't the best medium episode i've seen. I did like the ending too though, very sweet.

I missed it!!BOO HOO
We went out to eat and we watch soaps from that day at night. I was watching my soap and only caught the last bit with the girl on the balcony. It does sound like I missed a very good one. I will have to watch for it this summer1
