Can I delete a discussion?

Its obvious you can't. Once you post a discussion it cant be deleted anymore. So you better make better discussion so that people will enter your discussion and don make common discussion because people will be annoyed with it. And when people will respond on your discussion you must mark someone as best response so that they will keep on coming to your discussions.

there is no option for delete a discussion . i am not sure about it .

if there is no trash can near the discussion then no, I believe the only thing you can delete is pictures, private messages, interests and friends

Unfortunately at this time, one cannot delete discussions. Only myLot admin can do so but you might be able to email them and request that they delete the discussion you are referring to. It can't hurt to ask.
