Which OS the best ????????

Recently , Microsoft has launched its new version of Windows, Windows XP in different packs,easy for Home users as well as business users. IT cost about 4 millions dollors for it. Which Opearting System till now do you like the best since windows 98. I like Windows XP. What about you ??? XP, 2000, Millenium, windows 98 or from another category, Linux, unix, Sun Solaris and other ???

in my opniun vista is best in look but it requirs 512mb ram

Yes vista is the best in look, but it is not user friendly, And moreover vista is not supporting the old softwares.

My first machine was Mac and then I had to work on Windows. I tried ALL versions of Windows and I think Windows 2000 Professional was the best. Now I work on Linux and I am happy with it since Windows seemed not professional, unreliable, and unstable after Mac. Lineux seemed first complicated but it met my needs. I also tried FreeBSD but I stopped on Linux. It takes time to get used to it, but it is free and it is far better than Windows, especially regarding safety. Windows Vista is a good solution but, still, it is not that safe as Linux or any other Unix. Speaking about XP, it is just a facilitated Windows 2000 with some extra features. Windows 98 and Millenium are toys compared to Mac or Linux. So, it is up to you to decide.

i using windows xp service pack2 for i year now and iam quite satified with it so for me windows xp is the best

Yes,i have used windows 98,95 and at present am using windows XP service pack2.I found xp is the best, as it is user friendly and guides the user well if met with any problem.

Recently, Microsoft lauches Windows Vista. It has latest features, but I did not try it. In my view Microsoft Windows XP is the best choice.

Microsoft has launched its new version of windows but it does not seem that good to what I have read about it. I prefer Windows 98 as I have this on my computer.

I like both Windows XP as well as Linux... But for a new user Windows XP is best due to its userfriendly features, its easy to use. Now a days Windows Vista is also coming which seems to be good but more ll be known after using it. I think Windows XP is used by most of the users whete for Home use or for Business purposes....

I think Linux is Best OS. Because of It's Free and Very good feature then Windows
