I think Micah has the ability to fix mechanical things. He was first seen putting toghether or taking something apart. He was later seen taking apart the laptop. Most recently, we got to see him work the broken phone booth and then the ATM machine.
Somebody on here noted that his abilities may have some impact on Sylar since Sylar appears to be "mechanical" somehow. If you listen closely, you can hear ticking noises in the background during his close-ups. Wouldn't it be amazing if Micah would control Sylar somehow?

I think Micah has powers very similar to Sylar, he can understand how things work and fix them, except his power is much more advanced than Sylar's, ie. he doesn't need to take things apart to understand them, he just does, could be because he is a child and just accepts things, where as Sylar assumes he has to physically see things rather than just know, for example he knew Dr. Saresh Sr.'s watch was running slow without actually looking at it, but because of his watchmaking history he is just used to physically examining first. I don't think as others have suggested that Micah would have any control over Sylar, but there powers are connected. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Micah can do more than just control technology. Micah seems to be one of the few Heroes who have control over their powers, Sylar, the Hatian, and the invisible man are as of yet the only ones that have demonstrated anything near as tight control as Micah appears to have. Although Nathan Patrelli (sp) appears to have gained significant control, but hard to say if he can do it when he wills and not just when he needs to, and Clair's doesn't really require control.

Micah Sanders is a cool kid, he can fix any electronic stuff he laid hands on, he's even capable of rebuilding the motherboard for his own computer (1st episode). He has a technopathic ability enabling him to "communicate with machines and electronics

I'd say he has the ability to manipulate electronic devices, like he connects with them somehow to override their programmed prompts.

If you ever saw "Sky High", that movie about a super-hero high school, Gwen aka "Royal Pain" was a technopath. She could make technology do whatever she wanted. Micah's power seems to be similar to this. Or perhaps more like Forge from the X-Men comic books. He has an innate understanding of how technological things work, and how to manipulate them to do what he wants within the limits of what the machine is capable of.

I think Micah's power allow him to control electric devices. I think he can fix or manipulate anything that is electric.
