Wat u do when ur discussion is not well recieved.....??????

i shut down the computer & goto home.

i don't get mad...some ppl are just popular and have many friends who are loyal to each other so they get many replies. when i make the effort to send a quality post i just worry that i say what i want to say, and if i only get a pair or replies, if they're good, then that's good enough for me.

MyLot is sopposed to be fun! Well that's how I think of it. So don't get upset about lack of response - just keep posting and spread your words of wisdom. A good post like this one will come along now and again. Keep smiling!!

i just ignore it. Though at first i get a little upset but i just put in mind that my discussion may not appeal to others. Just like when i refuse to respond to certain discussions. Then i go on with posting other discussions or responding to discussions.

Simple. I just move on and create another one. Your posts can't always stir people's curiosity to make them respond. =) I do admit that some well-recieved discussion here are just so-so most of the time. =/

It happens to all of us, but what is the use of getting angry? The best thing you can do if you want to take part in quality discussions is to post responses to some of the quality postings. When you post to some of the deeper thinker's postings, you will get yourself known. Make these people your friends and you will find interaction with them, but most will not accept you as friend until you have posted good responses.

It's normal to react the way you reacted but as soon as you get over that feeling the better, other wise it will take your mind away from concentrating on other good topics to be posted. Most mylotians have been through the same frustration and they have learned to live with it. Just keep on posting quality discussions and respond the best way you could. Cheers.

Hey dear i feel the same regarding those ediotic discussions.. i dont understand the mentality of the people out here.. are they only interested in making money ??

I dont take it personally. Just because I find a topic interesting doesnt mean everyone will. Also I think that it depends on who is around when you put it on. Lifes too short to worry about it. And besides I'd rather have no responses than loads of really silly unhelpful ones as i have seen on some threads. As your rating gets higher as well, more people will look at your posts as they will recognise you. good luck n dont lose heart. xxxx

Well i don't get much response in my discussions as well. I makes me feel as though I'm not making sense. But hey, something interesting for us may not be interesting for others. I got a lot of disappointments when it comes to creating discussions so i just post.

Even it makes me angry too but my dear friend not over others but myself. That's so because I give a thought that my discussion is not fully loaded to have lots of responses. You are quite right that some idiotic discussions do get lots of responses but it is the way of life. Keep trying and do post interesting discussions. This one is good.

i think it's obvious that initially u'll get angry for low reponse....,but it's life u must carry on just try to good work....u'll be rewarded automatically.........
