I'm taking him for an appointment today in the afternoon. He developed a strange skin rash. I don't know what happened. He had fever for the last three days. Does anyone have a little of knowledge of what could be going on or what caused it before I go to the doctor.

Yeah I have a 4 year old and the same thing happened to her. I didn't take her to the hospital I just use a amall amount of ADULT skin rash cream. If your baby have a fever with it you may need to take him to a doctor.
When my daughter have a fever....I use ADULT medicine!

that's what i would suggest, some sort of allergy, he's just sensitive to somethin' :) he's not on any meds right now, is he? that he's been on since before the rash starteD? let us know what's up after the appontment!

I would have them check him for strep throat right away. Many times an unexplained fever that is accompanied by a fine "pinpoint like" rash is strep. Is he still drinking normally? Good luck to you. I hope your little guy feels better soon.

I think that could be anything. Chicken pox comes to mind, but I think a professional help is more useful than anything else.

It could be many things but as he is a toddler your best bet is to just take him to the Doctor and let them tell you what it is and what to do for it ...I don't mess around when if comes to my kids ...especially if he is under the age of 2... hope he is well soon I hate to hear of little ones being sick ...
