Have you ever locked your keys in the car?

Yes I did. Just once. It was a stressful day and I have lots of work to finish.Before I went down my car I checked if I have all the keys to my lockers and cabinets in the office. So I went down locked the car door and realized when I was walking away from the parking lot that I left the car key still inserted in the stirring wheel.The fact that I don't have a spare key even in the house made it more stressful. Luckily, one of the parking boys knew how to open the cardoor by using a wire.So I was spared breaking the window open. But I left the parking lot thinking.."mean that's how easy it is to carnap a car..."

no i have not locked my keys in the car.

I had purchased a second hand car and I was given only one key. Only once I locked the door by keeping the key in the ignition point. Later some people helped me open the window with the help of steel scale, by inserting it through the glass shield.

I did it only once. I was in a rush, put them in the ignition, locked the door, and realized what I did. Duh, had to get a nice young man help me break into my own car.+++

That is one of the dumbest things I've done. I did it a couple of times when I was going to school. I went back to college when I was almost 40 to finish my bachelors, and then started on my masters. I locked my keys in the car and would have to call the campus police to come and jimmy open my car. Pretty cool, actually.

I have many times.....but not in the past bunch of years. Now I use my remote and I lock my car after I get out, which helps greatly! Don't ever feel bad...my friend once locked her keys in the car TWO times in one day!

I dont drive but my husband did once. we went to visit some friends and we parked behind them he closed the door and left the keys inside so than our friend had to call his friend to come and pick up my husband than they went back home to get the spare key.
