I sometimes feel down and can't work out a specific reason, but usually its due to PMT or low blood sugar.
Maybe you should treat yourself to something nice to eat to cheer yourself up!

Sure we all do , just be careful it's not postpartum depression , if it persists , let your doctor know and ask for suggestions early.
But it could be as simple as a paasing grey day , that's fine , see what usually lifts your spirits up , a bubble bath ,a walk , a friend , a haircut , or just a hug from hubby .. Congrats on the baby and good luck

Sure I have, we all have days like this. How old is your new baby? Is it possible you are just suffering a little postpartum depression? You need to have a nice relaxing soak in a hot tub and have some me time I think...this always helps me when I'm feeling down. Hope you feel better soon and congrats on the new baby.

Ah now I see. Well hopefully tomorrow things will look brighter, being pregnant is tough but having a little one to look after makes it tougher. Good luck with the pregnancy :)

I have. But I think it was because of my time of the month. Sometimes it just brings me down with sad emotions.
