Here's how to Avoid Junk Food

Eliminate temptation at home. Clear out all the junk from your cupboards, and get the whole family on board for the effort. Lay a healthful foundation by stocking up on ingredients for nutritious meals, desserts and snacks. If you eat healthy food at home, you won't feel so bad when you splurge on an infrequent fast food meal or candy bar. Choose grilled or broiled versions of foods that are typically fried. Grilled chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken and rice bowls, sandwiches with no cheese and a small amount of mayonnaise, fatfree or baked chips, water, and salads with light dressing are available at most fast-food restaurants.

Very good advice, although you can have sandwiches that have cheese in them. Just ask the restaurant for a small amount. Mayonnaise has a fat free version too, and a small amount of chili sauce helps elvate the body's metabolism rate.

any peppers, spice are good. I do NOT recommend mayo light, it doesn't matter, it's just better without it.

Those are pretty good too. I will keep that in mind. I like junk food once in a blue moon.

Thanks for the big advice but believe me the temptation these junk food gives is much more than anything...and for me i can't say NO. althou i'm tring to have as much as salads and water and in a way its helping me a lot. Thx My Lot...lol
