how to weak up late?

I have some problem my family get up early around 5-6 am so my parent so wark up and i weak up 5-6.30 am but I want weak up late to 9-10 am sometime I sleep 2-3 am so I weak up 6.00 I was asleep

hi,if possible,you can sleep in separate room,where you can't hear sounds or effected by the disturbance...or request the family kindly reduce the noice whatever possible...all the best.

I wow, how to help. I dont know what to say to this one. Do you keep your room dark...some people I guess just arent sleepers. My dad doesnt sleep that much.

sad,, but i wonder what you do to sleep so late like that? lots of family really believe that early beds makes the man whit, or soemthing like that. my father also wakes me before the break of dawn, he also said that it feel great to see the sunrise and feel the magic of the morning, it will soothe your spirit and makes feel great the whole day, he just want you to see it and if you wish to go back to bed is fine. i really love my father, he is so funny..

so u want to sleep in late and that;s the problem..i hope that was the problem for me i cant wake up early...but i always have to..y dont u try sleeping in ealry..1st day u will staring at the ceiling 2nd day little less and 3rd time will be the charm u will fall asleep..that was u will get more sleep..and i say if u r trained to wake up early dont loose it bc u will healthy and fresh the whole day.. if u want to go to sleep late and sleep in late use earplugs and cover ur eyes with those covers we get in planes...perfect for sleeping late..

Oh for your health sake you have to go to bed early before 10pm in the night and then you should be up between 5-6 in the morning with no problems, I do believe that you go to bed too late and that is why you want to sleep until 9-10am but then half the day is over by that time.

you have what is called a body clock and if your body is used to a routine and waking up at a certain time a day it will keep doing it, it is difficult to change your body clock although it can be done i have an erratic body clock myself which is annoying and i find it hard to control, sometimes i goto bed around midnight and i can get up just beofre 9am and other times i will not get up until near mid day.

You could try to sleep longer than everyone else in the house and try to ignore them. See if that works for you. Sometimes it is hard, but other times it could be done. Good luck.
