Yes, I like guava very much. It's very rich in Vitamin C, allegedly more than that of calamansi. Sometimes we make guava jelly. Sometimes we cook guava with coconut milk and it's very delicious. We use it too for our sinigang. We have many guava trees, but they are not seedless.

I enjoy eating guava very much! Yes, it's crispy, juicy, and refreshing! I usually eat guava after eating my lunch and dinner. It's like dessert to me. Guava is also healthy too because it's very rich in Vitamin C. In fact, its skin is the richest in vitamin so better not cut the skin off. I also like to eat dried, preserved guava!

Guava is a delightful tropical fruit that I have enjoyed in most parts of Asia, including Malaysia. There are several varieties both with seed and without. They range from a pale green skin with white pulp to dark green with pink pulp. It is notably rich is Vitamin C, it probably is the fruit that is the richest - it has 3 times the amount of the Vitamin than the Orange. Street vendors would sell guavas in Asia, often obligingly slicing the fruit and sprinking it with a dose of salt and sometimes red chilli powder to eat on the go. My mouth waters as I type this in far off New Zealand, where the supermarkets rarely stock them - and when they do, they are the South American type, which are of a different flavour than the ones in Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and the Philippines. Enjoy your next bite of guava!

I used to be a guava fan eater until I came to a certain age when I suddenly became allergic to it. Having gastritis prevents me from consuming guavas in fresh slices. If I do really want to eat them, I'll make sure my stomach in full before I dare to even take a bite. But I've made alternatives when I do crave for guavas. I dice them, boil them in syrup and put them in the fridge. Later, I eat them just like that - cold and yummy! It didn't make my stomach hurt, as long as I don't eat it too much.

Yea i like guava. Guava is rich of vitamin C, carotenoids, potassium, calcium and iron. Vitamin C in guava is five times more than that of an orange. Here are some wonderful uses for guava. The roots, leaves, bark and immature fruits are used for gastroenteritis as they are astringents. The fiber content in guava controls blood pressure and cholesterol. As a result it is very beneficial for heart. Vitamin C in guava fruit regulates heart beat and fights with free radicals. The potassium content and fiber in guava helps kidney in eliminating wastes. Lycopene in guava reduces the risk of cancer. Guava controls diabetes and it is good for constipation. Apply the crushed leaves on wounds and aching places to get relief from pain. Chew the leaves of guava after washing thoroughly to get relief from toothache. The decoction of leaves of guava is a good remedy for cough and throat pain. Gargling with the decoction of guava leaves relieves from swollen gums and oral ulcers. The decoction is also beneficial for skin diseases and it is very useful in stopping the puking sensation. In traditional medicine, the extraction of leaves is used to cure epilepsy and cholera. Convulsions in children can be treated by rubbing the stain on their spines. In some tribes, the decoction of leaves and bark is used to expel the placenta after childbirth.

In our southindia the guava is with seeds only but it is fleshy near hill sites. I likes guava very much due to its aroma and its best for stomach to flushout. It is also usefull in oral diseases. By addin in the fruit salad without guava meant useless salad.
