How do you choose a different job?

Hi, I am totally new here and got here by mistake....I was browsing around trying to find incentive for a change of career. I was wondering what is the best way to choose a job. A. Because you can do it. B. Because you enjoy it. C. Because it pays well. C. Because you get a house with it etc etc etc Obviously, if I had the money, I would work for myself.

Sure, you got it right. But if you are planning on changing career, then you'll to consider that you won't be able to start on the top, and you have to be prepared to work extra hard before you start to enjoy, or even earn much. Good luck

I was rather hoping to just sit at the top and have minions to give orders to........In truth though, I have done many and varied jobs and have always enjoyed the working my way up bit...I don't always like what's at the top though.
