I've been in the electrics business for nearly a year now and I don't know what to think of it. I enjoy it but I can't seem to get motivated in it. Is there anything I can do to get me motivated apart from money?

Onebdi I was rather hoping to just sit at the top and have minions to give orders to........In truth though, I have done many and varied jobs and have always enjoyed the working my way up bit...I don't always like what's at the top though.
