plan to be cremated or buried? What do you think happens to us when we die and if given a choice how would you like to be given back to this earth?
I used to believe in Heaven and Hell but don't anymore. I think that nothing happens, nothing at all. If I could have a say in this, I would wish to live as a spirit and help protect my kids and loved ones, I would also like to be buried in my parent's yard under a tree. A nice ritual with family and friends and a gorgeous dogwood or something like that planted there for me (and the kids)This tree would grow and flourish and and stand for what I was while living on the earth. Do you find that silly?
I have seen other cultures and the way they take care of their ead. I also grew up a child w. many pets that we would bury and occasionally a plant or flowe of some kind was placed on top. In times of sadness, at a young age, I would sit and look at this flower and think of my pet. It really meant something to me.

Why do you choose not to believe in Heaven and hell anymore? God Bless

I wish to be cremated. Just the thought of going into the ground is enough to give me nightmares. I do not wish for my children to have to visit a gravesite to remember me. Hopefully I will always remain in their heart.

I would be buried just so me kids and family could visit me..plus i don't want to be in a jar..I beleive in Heaven and Hell but the bigger question is what was there before the first moment of existance how can something come from nothing but if nothing was there before existance than there had to be something or else nothing couldn't exist. Meaning existince always had been and always will be..we could be aday dream or a game

You know I am still torn as to whether I want to be cremated or buried. I used to say cremated, without a doubt, but now people say then where will your kids go to visit you? I say, well I am not there in the ground anyway, I mean my body is, but not my soul, I would be everywhere, all around my kids and family and friends. Now I think maybe I will be cremated and then have my ashes buried. Does that make sense? I think the planting of the tree is a beautiful idea. I also understand how it meant something to you whenever you looked at the flower. It was comforting to you right? I do believe in Heaven, and I do believe we can come and visit our loved ones to watch over them whenever we want too.

I would much rather prefer a burial than cremation. I mean no disrespect to people either have family members cremated or what to be cremated themselves, but I find the concept of having a loved ones remains on display in your home to be abit creepy.

I want to be cremated. My late husband was cremated, his ashes place in his urn and vaulted, then buried in our cemetary plot.

basically when i die i wouldn't know whether i will be buried or cremated. but as per my family custom i will be cremated. there is no hell or heaven. it is created by religions. what they say are trash. for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. all the suffererings you have in this life are the reactions of your sin and all
the happiness you have in this life is the reactions of your virtues.
