I don't buy commercial software especially Microsoft's. There are a lot of alternative to Microsoft products that are Opensource or Free software.
Microsoft Office = OpenOffice (very much alike and compatible)
Microsoft Windows = KDE or Gnome running on Linux/Freebsd
and many others.

what are talking, you wanted to pay 1000$ for the microsoft software. whats the reason behind it. i would never pay such a huge amount for it. are you a home user or a commercial user. Anyway if you have a lot of money than you can spend.

If I was rich and I could afford to buy the software no matter the cost I will, but I'm not.
I'm a student and I downloaded all my software from the net or the local network, I don't have the money to buy original software.

That sounds like a lot of money if you asked me. I would spend that much at all. But, since I don't take care of our computer stuff, I let my husband worry about that.
