I like rain when I am inside where it's nice and warm and I can listen to it patter on the window panes either on the couch or in bed. I like the smell of it too.
I'm not to crazy about when I'm out driving in it, especially at night where I feel like I can't see a thing.

I like to watch when it is raining particularly at a farmer's place not in city. I do not want to get drenched in rain. I have not experienced when it floods. I travel by car and I keep a raincoat in the car for emergency purpose, when I had to get out of the car for some work.
