TELEVISION: Are you a couch potato?

i used to be. in high school i used to watch tv at least 6 hours a day but since i started working and got unlimited internet access at home, ive become a "mouse potato" :p online all the time.. :p

i really was at once, i found myself knowing the time slots beter than the tv guide channel did. i had to get myself up and out doing more out of the house, my couch was looking like a bed.

I think I am more of a computer chair potato. I work on this thing from daylight to dark almost every single day. I need a bed to lay down in while I am doing all this typing LOL. I am stuck at a desk with a desktop computer. It makes my butt hurt and my back sometimes.

Am not a couch potato. I rarely see TV. I am not too fond of it. But sometime I just keep on watching TV for some 5-6 hrs non stop. I love watching cricket matches. So it takes long time and I watch all the time :)

Nope i dont like watching tv that much..I like reading books or sit in front of the computer all day...but i do love eating potato chips when browsing through websites..too messy though on the keyboard..LOL.

I think what you should really be asking on here is are you a computer addict. I am!!! Well i think i am but I dont go on on a saturday and sunday and i still manage to do all my housework and college work and maintain healthy relationships with people in the "real" world so maybe I'm not. You never told us how much TV you watch

I don't watch TV much. There are some certain programe what I like to watch and taht is not very much time I have to spend for watching. I spend most of my time infront of computer. Neither I eat a lot of potato chips:).

Oh, I remember when I was Pregnant, I love TV so much! I feel like I can't live without watching Tv 5 hours straight or even longer for sometimes.. I feel relaxed then and I love switchinh channels from time to time, that when somebody is watching, they can't stand it... :)

i think i am a couch potato! i really enjoy watching tv. sometimes i prefer to watch tv than to go out of the house. this may explain why i dont get enough sun exposure. ^__^;; hmm... i dont usually eat potato chips in front of the tv. i eat whatever food is available in the kitchen. lol

I don't think I'm a couch potato, I'm more of a computer chair potato. If I'm at home I seem to be sitting at the computer all the time. I do like potato chips and would eat them nearly all the time if it wasn't for the fact that I know that wouldn't be good for me.

I used to LOVE tv just the regular stuff. New house and CABLE. First time ever basic cable even. Now I watch it ALL the time. Wow its addicting! I am sure I watch every day. I have the shows I watch for sure: Heroes, Lost, Ugly Betty, Supernatural, and ER. I love Disney Channel, movies and all of it. My mom totally addicted to the movies on LifeTime *L* too funny! So I am a couch/chair potato. Meaning we dont have a couch in the room w/the tv just chairs

i am more addicted to the computer now than i am with the television. i stay longer in front of the computer since i started mylot. there are times when i just want to watch tv but i can never be a couch potato because i don't eat potato chips in the couch! LOL

I am a tv addicted some times Ago.I was so addicted to it that i don't know when to sleep or to wake up.I conquer the war by taking away the tv away from my room.But am not a couch potato

I used to be one when I was in high school. When it was vacation, I spent the day watching anime. It was like having an anime marathon even if some are reruns. Now, I'm usually in front of our pc instead of the TV.

I don't watch that much TV. If something good comes on MSNBC, A&E or CNN then I might watch, but the rest of the time I'd rather listen to the radio or work at my computer. I know people who sit infront of the TV all day. I am not that kind of person. I'd much rather be doing something.
