Do you have a lot of viruses and spyware on your computers? And how often do you scan your pc?
I'm using Avast Anti-virus, it's a good free anti virus that sure helps against the viruses. I regulary check my pc on spyware, so it stays as clean as possible.
How about you?

Avast is not that good but better than Norton..i don't usually scan my machine for virus because my anti virus has real time monitor.its alert me and delete virus.i use AVG free edition.its the best anti-virus i ever had for my machine.real time monitor, daily update ,very fast scan and catch all virus, spyware, mallware.give a try.

I haven't checked mine in awhile. I really should. I use SpyDoctor and something else. I forget what it's called.

Panda is probably the best AV around... as it updates every day... unfortunately Norton and most of the others don't!!!
Used Panda on ALL my PC's and never had any real problems....
However any AV is only as good as what it stops infecting your PC.. and we usually run a couple of other free AV's in the background as it's very rare that only one AV will stop all viruses.
and do a full system scan once a week is a good idea
