Losing Weight After Giving Birth

I gave birth to my Daughter seven months ago .During my pregnancy I gained 42 Pounds.I have yet to lose any of it.Does any body have any specific work out regimen or diets they used to lose the weight gained while pregnant?

I'm sorry you still have the weight. Just drink a lot of water, skip snacking completely. Eat more fruits and raw veggies. It will come off slowly. If you are up to exercise, that will speed it up. Good luck dear.

I gained 31 lbs the first time and 33 lbs the 2nd time. I lost all of it in 3 months. You just have to watch your portion control and exercise every day. Don't have a lot of sweets. Drink your water. Don't eat fried foods. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. You should see it coming off after that.

Womens only can have pragnant. what about mens? your right after giving birth to our kids our weight will lose. we can improve don't worry.
