Can you outline the diet a bit more? What exactly are you allowed to eat and how much of it? Do you feel sick when you do the diet? Like you have low blood sugar? Are you allowed to drink water and tea? As much as you would like? You know, a really good diet is to drink a fresh homemade fruit smoothie during the day and have a sensable dinner. I make the smoothies everyday, a little low fat yogurt, fresh fruit of your choice and some low fat milk. You can add honey to sweeten it if it needs it. Then I snack on grapes or other fruits and veggies when I am hungry and eat a normal dinner. I lost five pounds last week doing that and working out fifteen minutes a day.

eat enough food, no problem with that. But you should also use the food in a proper way. It means you should give importance to excercise. Now dont panic, just play some games which will also relax you. Try to play it well, and try to be the best among your group. That will keep you healthy and away from problems

If you diet is all protien, it is not a good diet. If you eat too much protien your body begins to break down. Even though some people lose weight, when they start adding in fruits and veggies the weight comes back. Meat can also be very fatty which can cause heart problems.

hey, diet isn't necessaryly everything you have to do to reduce obesity. Doing workoputs everyday also can reduce your fat. following a diet suddenly is really stressful on your body. It may not cope up with it. You will reduce your resistance against diseases etc. so go according to a systematic and slow plan. it may take more time, but is more lasting also........

Just be careful not to eat too much protein. Also, one thing I learned, your brain only uses carbohydrates for energy, so be sure you are getting enough of those. Everything should be in moderation. There is no value in adding even more protein to that amount, since protein cannot be stored in the body and the excess is eliminated in urine and feces.
When people start consuming too much protein (over 2.0 g/kg/d), the extra protein can become a stressful on the kidney. This is even more of a concern as we get older and our organs are less efficient and effective.
Very high levels of dietary protein can also cause us to loose calcium through our urine, which could potentially be harmful for bone turnover, with the added risk of osteoporosis. Protein needs vitamin B6 in order to be metabolized in order to be used in the body. Very high levels of dietary protein increase the requirement for this B vitamin.
To be safe, run the diet by an MD

I've found diets just don't work. They either leave out an important food product or don't let you eat enough so you constantly have to cheat.
The best plan, for me, is to eat whatever I want but in smaller quantities. I eat until I'm no longer hungry rather than bloated. And, I'm able to keep my weight under control.
Don't forget to exercise either.

It depends on what is allowed on the diet. But more important is that if one day you eat something that is not on your diet, forget it and continue with the diet the next day. As long as you don't eat the wrong foods too often plus get some exercise you will soon see the weight coming down.
Good luck. :)

be greatful of what you're eating and then you will notice what you've been eating was creating your problem.Eat fresh. If you can't be thankfull for the food, don't eat it.Maybe you can do a fasting of any alount of days to think about it all.We have a 'trend' of labeling food as 'organic',and that is scarry, remember that it is the only real food that we get today.Organic can't be true, with all the chemicals that enter the earth everyday;and yesterday and 50 years ago.cooking food for the next day also spoils your appitite.

Everything should be done in moderation. If you go to either extremes as far as a low carb diet or high in protein diet eventually you get tired of it and give up.

Please share more about the diet that you are doing. I think that maybe you should not think of it as diet and just eat healthy. I think that overall eating healthy will help you on all levels instead dieting. Dieting are known to never work for very long and the results are very short lived. Plus it is so easy to crash on diets.
Eating healthy and having a good exercise regimen will help you in the long run.
I hope this helps.
