Both have their own virtues
In a business, You are the owner and the creator of everything
Thats your wish when to sit at home, when to work
How long to work , everything is upto you
But business may not have a constant profit!
Either it is a huge profit or maybe a huge loss
Job gives stability!
You get your salary for the amount you put yourself into work
Promotions , perks and all

Being your own boss is great!! But you don't get a steady paycheck always when you're your own boss.

Do YOU HAVE ONE DOLLAR???? That is all it takes in the month of November. No contracts to sign, if it dosen't work out for you at any time you just quit. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE except staying poor & taking a chance of being scammed.

You want financial freedom??? My Mom is a single Mom with 4 of us children. She has been working for 2 years and I am telling you this is no scam. I see her checks every single time they come in the mail like clock work. Check her site out! Feel free to pass it to others too. My Mom is a trainer for the company and is a great TEAM LEADER!!!!!

Which is best, having your own business or being an employee? Well, for me, it would be working for someone else; being an employee. I spent a good many years owning my own business. The stress never ends. You are responsible for everything. I passed the business along to my partner and now get monthly payments. I thought working for someone other than myself would be less stressful. I was wrong. I think it takes a certain kind of person to run a business. I have found out that the same things that enable you to run a business are also the same things that make working for someone else very stressful. I thought I could just go to work, do my job. and go home. Well was I wrong! I learned that it doesn't matter what I am working at, I care how I do that job. How it should be done; to the best ability of the doer. Most people, I have discovered, actually DO just that. They go to work and go home again. What really gets me about most people's work ethic, is, they don't have one. So, I guess I would have to say, I guess it depends on how much ability and stress you have and are willing to endure.

Depends on your own mentality, if you're not prepared to put in excessive hours, your own business will rarely fly.

It really depends on your situation, we have been in both situations, sometimes it is better to work for someone else, because in some businesses if you are on your own and don't have any work to do you don't make any money. My parents owned their own company doing metal buildings for 10 years & there were some weeks where there was no money coming in and we had to live off of past earnings, then other times there was so much business that they had to sub out jobs to other companies to get the job done in a timely manor. my fiance does cabinets & when he had work he was making excellent money & working great hours, but right now he has no work so he has to work for someone else until his next set of apartments are ready. Right now it is better for me to do my own thing, as I am a mother of 2 (4 yrs & almost 3 mos) & am currently taking college courses. That way I can work on my own schedule and not have to answer to anyone else. Just like today I had to take my daughter to the dr so I did not get anything done, but not having a boss it didn't matter too much. So really it can only be based on your own individual situation.
