There are days when I wish to do that. But, I have to get up and do things for the house and my family. Everyone is always depending on me.

I used to, but not anymore. Now my routine is eat ( not very regular), myLot, myLot and then sleep( very less). This has been going on since I joined here. This is the case thousands of many others. I am sure about it. Seems you have just started, you will also catch up soon, don't worry.

I always like to grab something to bite before going to sleep but I don't usually mix both of these activities with watching television. I wish I could sleep the whole day as well..

Sleep whole day? I don't think so. I've once slept for almost a day and I don't feel good. I do like staying at home though, reading watching TV, eating, etc.

8 hours a day sounds like the appropriate time for full recovery in order to face a brand new day of hard work, if you ask me. Try that!
