what is meant by paypal id?How many digits does it consist of?What information should I submit to others to receive online payments?

paypal use email as id and password you set up yourself. ..

Your PayPal ID is your email address that you used to sign up with. IF requesting payment you simply send your email address. YOu can have up to 7, I think, emails attatched to your PayPal account. I have 6 right now.
