I would think so. Just water would mix with water. You would get a little red in the face b/c crying you need to breathe a lot.

Crying Under water.... First I think why I would be under water.Either I would be drowning or Swimming.In both the cases I would not cry because If i m drowning i would try to yell which would be impossible and if I m swimming so i would be enjoying and wouldn't Need to cry.Lollll......

why do you cry underwater in the first place? there are better places to do the crying.
Besides, imagining myself crying underwater...well... with a pair of oxygen masks maybe, i can :) But I won't take the risk...

haha... very nice and interesting question. you have to ask a scientist if a human can cry under water. I actually don't know if we can cry with closed eyes!! and under water it is more difficult to do that.
I think that under water you don't have the time to do that. when you are trying to begin cry you will detect that you have to go upp because your lungs don't have "O2" left :-)

well i think yes. if your using SCUBA and all. i think you can cry underwater. but i havent tried it though.
