men show off their muscle and courage.Men also show off that they have it in them to resist a woman when she's at her best showing off her cleavage and other private parts !

Hey I think its not worth discussing, dunn wanna offend you!!but cleavage is something which comes naturally to women.. and more so for those who possess bigger ones. So Men shouldn't try to show something just to be equals.., but the want to compete they can keep their shirts unbuttoned and show what they have!! lol... the work-place however won't look like one in that scenario... aint it??
